Olszewski Disney "Partners" PokitPal®

     A personal note from the Artist:  When I was thinking of how to approach a PokitPal which would feature the "Partners" statue located in the Central Plaza Hubs at both Disneyland and Disney World, I was certain that I wanted to include not only the "Partner's" statue and the words of "Walt Disney" but if possible I wanted to somehow include the 9 bronze characters that surrounds them.  Rather than work from classic animation profiles of the characters, I decided to create reproductions of the actual bronzes which included "Pluto", "Dumbo", "Pinocchio", Minnie Mouse", "Donald Duck", "Chip and Dale", "White Rabbit", and "Goofy". 

     This approach drew me even closer to the essence of the "Central Plaza" Hub.  The impact hit me on the day I took the first completed "Partner's" PokitPal and walked the hub.  With the PokitPal in hand I looked at each element I had included on this small space.  If you do the same, walk around each statue and stop to find just the right angle of each character's profile as depicted on the Pokitpal, you will like me, take a piece of the Park home with you.
