"New Gallery of Lights©"

     It has been 22 years since I created the first Gallery of Light© mock-up and 18 years since the first Gallery of Light©, the "Pirates Jail Scene" was released. Over these 18 years, only 75 Gallery of Lights© have been released, and with each new release, the Gallery of Light© product line has continued to grow in popularity and is the most beloved concept that I have created. Over these same years, collectors could purchase new releases from three places.  The first was at the Galleries in Disneyland and Disney World, the second was through gift and collectible shops across the U.S., Canada and Europe that were serviced by the giftware company Enesco, and the third was through our Olszewski Studios Online Store where I sold and still sell new designs directly to collectors.

   Well, it looks like we are in for another change.  Over this next Christmas season the last of the Gallery of Light© inventory at the Disney Theme Parks is being sold with no plans to place any future orders.  As you can see, even though the market changes, the one constant is that the Gallery of Light© line continues to be much loved and I will continue to enjoy creating new designs that collectors will be able to purchase directly from me through my online store.  As always, and through our email announcements sent directly to you and the new postings of information about them on the Olszewski Studios website and the online store, you will be the first to know when new Gallery of Lights© become available.  So, please be sure to keep your email address current with us. Click here to take you to the form used for that purpose.

"The Olszewski Story"

     Over the last several months and as an aside project, I have begun writing my memoir in the form of a "Story".  I recently completed the first Chapter titled, "The Early Years" that covers my life through High School (1963). Contained in these nineteen pages that I personally wrote, you will find 25 full color images of my art that includes a few paintings that no one has ever seen before.  In this first publishing, I share not only my story, but also my art that captured both the tragic and most memorable moments of my life.

     As my writing continues for the other planned chapters, readers will be able to follow the evolution of my life as an artist and gain much insight into the 'ups' and 'downs' of my career. Further, I will publish each new chapter as I finish them and you will be able to read them all for FREE on my website as well.
